Who I Am & How I Work
Hey, I’m Cody — the fast‑talking, big‑personality, logistics‑loving wedding planner who somehow manages to be both blunt and bubbly at the same time. I’m serious when it comes to your wedding day, but I’m also the guy who keeps every meeting fun, exciting, and full of energy. I talk a lot, I move fast, and I care even faster.
Here’s the truth: I’ve been in this industry for over 15 years, and not once have I planned my own wedding. Everything I know comes from being in the trenches — floral, photography, design, vendor chaos, venue rules, and every “what do we do now?” moment you can imagine. I built my business from the ground up by facing real problems, real confusion, and real disorganization… and learning how to fix all of it.
Today’s wedding world isn’t what it used to be. We used to have family‑owned venues with flexibility and heart. Now? You’ve got big chains, strict policies, and “inclusive” packages that somehow manage to feel cookie‑cutter and limiting. They sell convenience, but they don’t sell choice — and choice is everything.
That’s where me and my team come in.
You ALWAYS have a choice. You SHOULD have a choice. And we’re here to make sure you get it.
We don’t plan our dream wedding — we plan yours. My job isn’t to take over your vision; it’s to support it, strengthen it, and make sure it actually works. I’m honest, I’m raw, I’m a bit of a smart‑ass, and I’m the person who will tell you what’s realistic while still hyping you up every step of the way.
Wedding days are full of moving parts, vendors with different personalities, timelines that need precision, and moments that matter. Sometimes you get vendors who treat it like “just another Saturday.” Not on my watch. I’m the firm voice when needed, the calm in the chaos, and the one making sure every detail is handled exactly the way you dreamed.
I’m not the right fit for everyone — and that’s okay. But if you’re reading this and thinking, “Damn… that guy and his team are exactly who I need to get this done right,” then yes, we’re your people.
I’ve built a team that matches my energy, my passion, and my commitment. We’re fun, we’re loud, we’re organized, and we’re obsessed with making your wedding unforgettable. A plan followed by a plan is always on my mind — because your day deserves nothing less.
This is your wedding. Your vision. Your moment. We’re just the team that makes it all happen.
So, what are you waiting for?

Day-Of Coordination
Not Offered — And Here’s Why
Your wedding day is too important to risk on a service that doesn’t actually exist in the professional planning world. “Day‑of coordination” sounds simple, but no planner can walk in cold and run a wedding without weeks of preparation, vendor communication, and timeline work.
Is this one important day worth risking? Probably not — and here’s the honest truth from experience.
I’ve done the unpaid hours.
In my early years, I absolutely took on weddings that were sold as “day‑of.” And yes — I put in numerous unpaid hours behind the scenes to make sure those days were successful. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Because it showed me exactly how much gets missed when the prep window is too short, and how much extra time has to be invested to protect the couple, the vendors, and the flow of the day.
Experience changes everything.
With years of weddings behind me — and this being my full‑time livelihood — I had the time, energy, and motivation to pour myself into those events and make them work. But many people offering “day‑of” treat it as a side hustle. While it’s possible to do it well, the motivation and bandwidth simply aren’t the same.
That’s why our entry package starts 2 months out.
Our Signature Wedding Day Planning & Coordination begins 60 days before your wedding, because that’s the minimum amount of time required to:
Build a complete, accurate timeline
Catch missing details before they become emergencies
Communicate with vendors early
Protect the investments you’ve already made
Ensure your wedding day runs smoothly
“Day‑of” isn’t listed as a service because it doesn’t provide the support couples think it does — and you deserve better than a planner showing up and hoping for the best.
